the ploppable version is like a park. the unique version has workers and tourists will visit it to. Unique version with ploppable rico ready means you can place it also everywhere you want but with a functions like a growable. but you need the RICO mod for this. I hope you can understand my description. :-)

Im pretty new to this, whats the difference between the ploppable and unique versions? Also, do cars pass through/use it?
