The all-around Fullmetal Bulltank!
With all its utilities it should be able to complete all levels. Since it's all made of steel, it should not be able to catch fire.

Sometimes the bombs bugs.They may not launch if they're not stuck on their respective grabbers.

Controls:
  • Steer with ◄&►
  • Drive forwards with ◄+►
  • Drive backwards with ▼

  • Aim Grabber with U & J
  • Drop Grabber with M
  • Detonate Grenade with N

  • Fire bombs with R & Y
  • Aim cannons with T & G
  • Fire cannons with F & H

Launch the game and press "Load Machine"
Press the little steam icon to the right of the text bar.
Load the machine you subscribed to.
Ta-daa!

Then just re-load the machine and everything will work fine.
I have set the speed to x0 using a mod, but since you probably don't have that mod, it will reset to the lowest speed your version can use, which will cause it to start spinning..
