Watertower of Rauma, Finland. Does not actually work as a watertower but as a unique building.

Size: 10x13
Electricity consumption: 600
Construction cost: 115000
Maintenance cost: 6000
Water consumption: 30 (made it very low, afterall it should be a watertower)
Sewage accumulation: 10
Also has entertainment radius of 5000.

Those values are more or less random as I don't care about them so much.

2048x2048 diffuse and normal maps (Currently missing specular and illumination maps, will add maybe in future, tho they are not so important on this model)
Custom lod model with 221 tris.
