Описание
This is the new version with automatic update, just subscribe and activate.

The translation is not fully complete yet, but most of the strings are done.

I don't remember exactly, I think you need to put the files in a folder somewhere, try these here: http://www.skylineswiki.com/User_path
Then if it works you go in the game and you will see your mod, it will have "upload". After uploading you subscribe to it and it will have "update". When you update it will open a temporary folder where you need to copy the updated files.
