The Super Dash is a variation of the regular dash. Instead of just pressing R2 press R2 and R1. This will make your dash cary you farther a little bit faster.

To perform this you must hold your toggle down and then dash. this will gain you much distance and speed but pin you to the ground as you are begining to move. To add distance you can press your toggle in the direction you want to move afer begining the dash. combine the super dash and the duck dash to gain maximum distance. It should be like this duck-press both dash buttons-press toggle in wanted direction.

While i probably could have included this in the duck dash video I felt that this warrented its own section. If you have the duck dash mastered you can start to learn the Duck Jump. To get max distance and efficency out of the duck jump you must jump emidiatly after you begin the Super Duck Dash, (you can jump any time during the dash if on a surface but will get more arial distance if done sooner) this will enable you to clear the entire map in a long jumping ark. as you practice you can duck jump quicker and quiker on smaller platforms.
