Large Elementary School

Opis
A tweaked version of the regular Elemtary school. I did this to make school placement slightly easier, as I felt that you need too many Elementary schools compared to High schools and University.

Student capacity: 500 (up from 300)
Cost: 12000 (up from 10000)
Upkeep: 200 (up from 160).

*updated for the After Dark expansion with night lights*

Elementary schools should n´t be to big, because small kids needs to have their school nearby ;-)
