Tips to Succeed
By [TKW] AlphaMale
With the refreshing influx of new players to the game, I'd like to share some tips that will keep them alive a bit longer against the more veteran players.

Use these tips to understand why some players/groups seem to dominate round after round, and improve your team's odds for victory.

Aiming
Get used to keeping your cross hairs where you look.

When I first started, I kept my cross hairs low. I didn't even notice I was doing it. My eyes didn't want the view obstruction of the reticle and cross hairs. The results where that I was always slower to respond when a tango came in to view because I had to move my cross hairs to target.

Getting used to looking THROUGH your cross hairs will have your shots more on point and sooner.
Change it up
I'm talking about not doing the same thing over and over. I understand you just found a spot that you like and served you well the previous round. Don't use it in a row! I've shot many a new players quickly because they go to the same place repeatedly. Change the path you take every round. Change your hiding places. Doing the same patterns makes you predictable and easy to find/kill.

Veteran players know these maps well. They know the common routes taken. They know the majority of hiding places. They know about how long it takes for someone to get there. They know the hot spots people use at the end to try and get the draw because their team is out numbered.

You'd be surprised how many veteran kills aren't because they "knew" a tango was at a location, but because they were blindly nading or shooting at known hotspots that a player "could" be at.

Also, after you get a kill, consider moving locations. If a player goes down in a known hot spot location, there is a good chance his veteran team mates got an idea of where you're at (see awareness below).
Awareness
I cannot stress this one enough! Be aware of your surroundings and use the environmental queues! Tracer rounds, nades, where your team mates are shooting at, sounds, etc; you MUST pay attention to these things!

Someone in the grass can easily be targeted if you watch for those tell tale signs of a nade origin, or tracer round.

Someone around you can be easily pinpointed by the sound of their foot steps, jumps or prone action.

In multi-level maps, listening to the sound of the material they walk on can allow you to know exactly where they are.

Pay attention to your team mates' tags and locations. When veterans know where their mates are at, and that player goes down.. They usually have an 80% idea of where the tango was that killed their guy.
Communicate
This is by far the most important.
This game is designed around the whole philosophy of team work, cooperation and coordination. The lone wolves won't last long, and the team that doesn't work together will always loose against one that does.

Let your team know where you're at or heading. If you go down, they know where to look and can often blind side your killer.

If you see a tango, call out their location! Again, your team mates can work to blind side them.

If you see a mate go down, let the team know where it was.

Coordinate your attacks with your team mates. Someone who is corner camping cant defend two directions at once.

Learn the names of every location on the map. There isn't a single object or path on a map that veterans haven't given a name to. Learn them, use them, call them out.

Make your call outs before you die, even if you go down in a fight, hopefully your mates are already on their way to exact vengeance.

The default B key for keying up may or may not work for you, use the game options to change it. My small hands do not ergonomically reach the B key, so I've changed it to the left shift, and it works very well for me.
Lookouts
Using a scope or binoculars to watch map routes can be vital to an early lead. You may not get many kills, but keeping a far eye on the map and calling out what you see will allow you team mates to setup ambushes and devastate the opposing rushers before they can get in position. Once the heard has been thinned, victory is almost all but certain.
Tamming the mouse/controller
Whether you're using controller or mouse, sensitivity can be the very difference between owning, and being owned. Adjust your sensitivity on your device to what ever level gives you the best amount of aiming control.

Being able to look around quickly maybe slick n all.... But if you constantly go too left or too right on your target in a gun fight... Well, that quick look speed didn't really do you much good. Find a setting that allows you to get your hairs on target without over correcting.

You'll suffer in the look speed department, but you'll start getting the kills.

I Definitely need to adjust my controller. I do feel lag is the biggest downfall for my demise but...this could just be a crybaby call out because I am a rookie. Who knows! Green vs Yellow. But thanks for the info...Help appreciated.

What about grenade spam. shits so annoying the fact that everyone can roll around with four is pretty broken. feel like that needs to be toned down for real. a new player wont even get to see an enemy because he'll get pre naded into oblivion every round lol.

Full of shit. Only people to play against are fully ranked devs who don't even let you learn the maps.

I am sorry Ketta(https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=524509539&tscn=1577070804) , we have a great community! Welcome! like with every community there are always a few full of p*ss & vinegar. Most are harmless, but sassy. I hope you try the game again and get to play with the real community, who like to have fun while out witting the opponents, hopefully, those mean to you will be on the other side as well. :steamhappy:

1 other tip is for camping corners in factory. When you camp and then jump out to hit the target, it's no different than sniping in practice. Your supposed to have your crosshairs on the target or close enough before you fire.. Move or sidestepping, put your crosshairs on target, then fire. Like a letter L, 1 strafe straight out sideways, then fire straight.

If you spray the fire randomly this will let him fight.

Another tip is for maps like sismis. There is two stages to the fight, step 1 is for 1 team to run out, then the team stops running out after they lost a good number of players.

When they run out they are killed, and this increases the numbers of 1 team vs the other team.

So at the start of the fight, unless your very good, don't run out, but camp a corner and wait for them to come to you, they will. Otherwise if you run out then don't go too far.
