"**After 2 days, Steam's 2nd or 3rd update from bug appearance- fixed it**

When I log in, this is the type of a screen I get no matter what tab I press, be it store or sub-link for any of the main tabs [except LIBRARY because its more of an offline tab]. Non of them load, the loading indicator in top right keeps spinning for eternity and never stops. I can access everything through browser tho so its only steam-launcher which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
VIEW FRIENDS LIST works fine as well as the chat.
Settings -> Account -> Beta Participation -> Report a bug = same loading screen. So I really can't even report it officially.
On my other PC everything is fine [Win7 64bit]"
