All you need is any cap point captured by allies, go into the cap point circle and press repair "U" by default, you slowly reload any ammunation (including rockets for the premium tanks), interrupt reloading by pressing U again, like you do for repairs, it will also take 4 second before you can drive again

Unguided rocket on tank with a main canon is the same as for rocket on aircraft

Saved my Controls after last update
