All Clans Special Policy
By Maxi
Policy is the feature that improve a clan's administration, military, and diplomacy.
Monthly upkeep need to spend when activate each policy, and there are also negatives effects when activate them.
Only the famous clans has those special policies, so my guide here is to explain all the positives and negatives effects of those special policies.

*The other clans that are not mentioned, do not have any special policy.

*Notes:
CNSV = Conservative = Officer who like old fashion, and preserve old tradition. Eg: Kenshin Uesugi
NTRL = Neutral = Officer who is okay with both modern and old technology. Eg: Ieyasu Tokugawa
PRGS = Progressive = Officer who like the western idea and technology. Eg: Nobunaga Oda

Sorry to bother you again, but I just wanted to add in I recently discovered that the Sogo (1577/1582) can use the Miyoshi's policy as well.

I just wanted to add in that if you complete the Miyoshi's questline and transform into the Matsunaga, you can still use their unique policy.

I was actually writing up something like this on the Koei group but I failed to find 2 of the missing special policies.
Seems we both had the same idea about making people aware of the special policies.
Also you might want to mention the Otomo clan policy can only be enacted after Otomo Yoshishige changes his name to Otomo Sorin and becomes a christian.
