HI and welcome to my very first walkthrough for Belladonna.

Please note I have only described all the actions to finish the game. In order to enjoy this rather short but pleasant adventure you should read all journal notes and click on all items on screen even those that I haven't mentioned.

Ok, here goes...

Pick up journal page from table in middle of screen.
Click on the toolbox on the floor to obtain a screwdriver.
Pick up phial of oil from the left of the middle shelf.
Pick up the magnet to the right of the galvanic experiment.
Use the phial of oil on the exit door.
Use the screwdriver on exit door to loosen the screws and open the door. Exit.
Pick up journal page on the floor.
Pick up the long stick from the top of first flight of stairs.
Use the long stick with magnet.
Pick up journal page at the top of the next flight of stairs.
Click on the exit at top left to get close up view.
Use the magnet on a stick on the key. Click the key to obtain basement key.
Use the basement key on exit to unlock the door.
Click on exit to enter new room.
Pick up journal page on the floor.
Pick up the cog wheels from the floor.
Put the rectangular cog wheel on the top rectangular slot.
Put the square cog wheel on the bottom square slot.
Put the triangular cog wheel on the middle triangular slot.
Click on the valve to open the door. Click on door to exit.
Pick up the journal page from bottom right of screen.
Pick up the journal page to the left of the fireplace.
Pick up the bowl to the left of the journal page.
Click on the door on the left to exit.
Pick up the journal page on the left staircase.
Click on the body and pick up the candlestick.
Click on the strings on his right side to find a small key. Click the key to pick it up.
Click on the journal page in his hand to pick it up.
Click on the second exit on the left to go to the living room.
Pick up the journal page from the floor.
Leave the room and exit through the middle door to the backyard.
Click on the bottle of milk to pick it up.
Click on the journal page on ground to pick it up.
Move to the right of screen and pick up another journal page.
Exit to the right to go to the greenhouse.
Click on the journal page on the bench to pick it up.
Pick up the lantern and Atropa Belladonna plant (deadly nightshade).
Click on the journal page that was hiding under the plant to pick it up.
Exit the greenhouse and make you way back to the dinner hall (the door to the right of the dead body).
Use the frozen bottle of milk on the fireplace and then click on it again to pick up the now thawed milk.
Use the milk on the bowl to pour some out.
Use the Atropa Belladonna plant on the mortar and pestle to create Belladonna powder.
Use the Belladonna powder on the bowl of milk.
Exit room to the left again and then click first door on the left (study).
Click on the journal page on the table to pick it up.
Use the poisoned milk bowl on the cat to the left of the screen.
Click on the journal page to the right of the door to pick it up.
Click on the object next to the cat to obtain Tassel key.
Use the Tassel key on the door to the left to open it and click to go through.
Click on the journal page on the table to pick it up.
Click on the exit to the left to leave room.
Click on the door of the cupboard under the mirror to open it.
Click on the rope to pick it up.
Use the small key on the lock to obtain a big key.
Go the left and click on the journal page to pick it up.
Use the key on the woman sitting on the bed to trigger a cut-scene.
Click on all the possible questions and then exit when done.
Exit right three times and use the screwdriver on the grandfather clock to obtain the clockworks.
Exit right twice until you are back in the basement.
Go to the bottom of the stairs and exit right to get back to the laboratory.
Click on the brain in the jar to pick it up.
Click on the bone saw on the shelf to the left to pick it up and then exit left.
Click on the suit of armour to reveal a secret entrance.
Use the rope with the lantern and use the combined object on the secret entrance.
Click on the secret entrance to enter the mausoleum.
Click on the final journal page to pick it up.
Use the candle on the sarcophagus to break it open.
Use the bone saw on the corpse to remove the head (charming!).
Click on the exit to the top left to get back to the basement.
Go right to the laboratory.
Go to the right and give the brain, severed head and clockworks to Belladonna.
Click on the switch on the wall and enjoy the (rather brief) ending.
