Complete Remake of my old Lycaea Race Mod

**Update 0.1**
-Added custom prsets so that the vanishing textures dont vanish



currently just the race atm but this will become similar to my driinkiin raace with a valley or something a village npcs and so on

*********************************************************BACKSTORY**************************************************************
Long ago on an island that has been untouched since the dawn of Nirn there were 3 races of smart but not quite sentient creatures that inhabited it. The Dire Wolf, Fierce and Proud was the first to notice that 2 beings shone in the sky and on the land of this island.
Without Wings the Dire Wolf Aproached the Landbound one who shone with the light of the moon and "asked who are you?". and the Moon Being Laughed and Said "I am Hircine Lord of the Hunt! And I've been watching you Wolf and have decided to gift you with another more powerful Form to better hunt under the moonlight." and With a gesture and a flash of light Hircine was gone and the dire wolf felt a bloodlust and strength flowing trhough his veins before he blacked out.
As the Sun Rose into the Sky and the first light of dawn Apeared it bathed a scene of utter carnage in the forest hollow. the Dire Wolf having woken and found the bodies of his cubs and his mate torn apart and half eaten he howled his grief and asked for and end to his pain.
Looking down upon upon the island Kyne noticed the anguished Wolf and aproached him, " Wolf what has happened here and how did it happen?" Kyne Spoke in a Breeze of wind.
Dire wolf Replied, "my mate and cubs are dead because of me."
Loking upon the scene Kyne realised what had happened,"HIRCINE!!"
The wolf looked at her and said, "Yes he did something to me how did you know?"
"I recognize my counterparts madness and i see what he has done i cannot cure you but i can change you so that you are better equipped to control the madness so that it never happens again."
with a gust of wind and a flash of lightning the wolf began to morph into a bipedal form that still retained some characteristics of his wolf heritage but also more along the lines of the the tamrielic Human and Beast Races.
Ascending into the blue sky in a gust of wind Kyne Said one last parting word, "I must leave you now but i give you this parting gift come spring there will come a reincarnation of you mate in a similar form to yours now under the Spring moon be at peace and remember to keep control" and with that the lycaea were born and you a descendant of the first have set foot upon the land of tamriel for the first time in your races memory.....
