For starters I used the Flora Overhaul Forested Edition (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/19864/?) The whole Clean-Deluxe package (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/17115/?) A combination of Wasteland Moods, Super Blue (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6550/?) and Fellout (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/2672/?)
