its easy.
1- open the game
2- put the Resolution (800 x 600)
3- play the game :)
(if you dont want to play in that Resolution just wait for update the game maybe they will fix it)

funny thing about Just Cause 2
There was an option
And I don't remember what it was
But I changed it
And it fixed it
But this doesn't have that option
So yeah

I put my resolution to 800x600 and that didnt slow down my game

There were people who had issues with the Stealth Bastard Deluxe as well. Usually it came down to running on an "onboard gpu" for a laptop. The original game was made using GameMaker: Studio's http://gmc.yoyogames.com/ Not sure if Stealth Inc 2 uses the same game engine but if it does then you could always try there for some support.

i have just cause 2 and i dont have lag but in this game we are all have slo mo or lag so its proplem from the game nigga :-|

You could've just posted "get a better computer" or "update your graphics drivers." Or maybe just get a graphics card. This isn't a tutorial and should've just been posted as a thread in the forum.

There are utilities to slow down games, one of which is Cheat Engine's Speedhack. Can't confirm if you'd get VAC banned for running it with this game, though.
