Storm is one of the hero that is so annoying yet fun to play with, but if storm is not well properly play and the item is not helping storm then this guide can help you! :) i've played storm for many times, i expirement item like mjolnir and moon shard turn out that it effective ( when you jump and landed , lighting from mjollnir will help you harass the enemy which makes the most annoying storm ).
