Talk To Jerome, and finish the Conversation to get to Portland.

Step 3 Da Be Dee Badoo Ba BOO Daboo DEE!!!!!

Talk to Jeremiah, Located at the left of Portland Station.

Step 4..... Yeah i got nothing

At the end of your talk with Jeremiah, Say "I'm leaving this country immmedialty".\

Step 5... Sorry i still got nothing

Yay!!! You wasted countless time to do this CRUD, GG, MLG, you are the best EVAR.

Step 69... HaHa Get it

Drink a nice glass of cold Chocolate Milk[or if you are my friend Sketch, then you can just grab a cold beer] and scream in your best Com Truise... errr i mean Tom Cruise Impression "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED about 4 times" then you finally grow up and realize that this is the most pointless thing you have done in your WHOLE LIFE!!!

It has been atleast a year since this guide has been made. I havent played in a year aswell. The game has probably changed significantly. Sorry, but i believe at the beginning of the game you talk to him on the platform. Like i said, they probably changed alot since then. Hope this helps.
