TF2 PASS Time ball fixed

Beskrivning
Here we go: fixed passtime ball. Not a ragdoll anymore. I decided to fix this because you can't weld that ball, if created with console commands. (for example: prop_physics_create)

All rights belong to Valve.

And (of course) TF2 should be mounted.
