Einfamilienhaus by bennymedia

(Updated V 1.1, ready for After Dark)

This is the house where I lived as a teenager, in south-east Berlin. Man, we've got infamous parties there.
Was a good time. My mother and brother still living there.
Hope she will never see this, she would be very annoyed how bad I designed her wonderful garden with all its unique plants and bushes.
In the past I never cared about garden and stuff, but I must admit the garden is really special and an eye-catcher for strollers and guests.

The house was built in 1996/97. Has two floors, basement and attic, garage, terrace with pergola and round little pool.

Grows on low residential, 3x3 plots, Level 3.
Uses no color variations

1024x1024 texture map, 1975 Tris, LOD

@ bennymedia this house is great! Can you make more houses with red roofs like this? Houses with 3 floors and balcony too? I have ideas but i#m not good in construction objects
