Hotbar for 5-20 often-used items

This mod adds a hotbar to the bottom of the screen where you can attach often-used items to.
You can configure the size and number of slots, as well as a key to toggle the hotbars visibility (default: Tab)

There are two different modes the bar can operate in, which you can toggle in the game options:
"Traditional" means that the activated item will be equipped in the player's primary hand, or both hands for two-handed weapons.
"Smart" means that the mod will check the item, and use it accordingly, ie eat food, use bandages, wear clothes, etc.
