I hopefully haven't missed any of the holograms during the record. I needed to play through the game three times to find all of them. I started the record somewhere in the second run, Therefore I don't know, if I got all of them really listed. So use the comments, if I've something missed.

For this achievement you have to finish the world through entering the end portal - then the gathered hologram will be counted. Steam will not inform you over your progress and there are no hints in the menu about your progress.

I will start with the most common missed, because this one is "hidden" and was at least my last hologram, which brought me this achievement. The following holograms are sorted in ascending order.

I counted 39 holograms and there is only one hologram in each world, so let's start.

Right at the start.

Turn 180°, there it is - what a hardcore trip. (hopefully not only for me ^^)

You can see the hologram (maybe your first) from the start, if you move a bit to the side and forward.

During your way from the start you will find the hologram on the second platform in front of you.

Same procedure like in world 2. Move forward and you will see the hologram.

Grab the platform above you and swing to the first platform - there it is.

Make your way up the curve to the first raising and jump over the little gap.

There it is.

If you jump at the start you can see the hologram.

Jump at the first platform and swing over to the next one by using the platform above you.

From the left corner of the start you can see the hologram.

Jump at the first platform, then jump at the platform above you at the end let you fall down.

Make your war through the parkour and at the end try to sneak slowly past the end portal at the side or use the blue 'transparent' plate under the end platform.

You can see the hologram from the start on the blue plate.

A look backwards from this blue plate.

You can't see the hologram from the start, but it's on the last blue transparent platform behind the cube.

Make your way through the parkour and over the transversely platforms. You can see the hologram from the first one.

You can see the hologram directly from the start above you.

Jump over the blue plates, swing at the back of the red curve, crouch up and swing over to the other blue curve. Move forward, let you fall to the next curve and jump to the curve above you. Swing over by using the red plate.

There it is.

Move to the right or the left and rotate the camera; you will see the hologram.

Jump to the right or the left of the two red walls and grab them to swing by.

Here it is.

You can see the hologram directly from the start behind the long red floor.

You have to swing down and land on the blue plate under you. Swing to the other side and let you fall down to the blue plate. Let you fall again and grab the blue wall covered with the transparent red plate to swing through to the upcoming blue wall. Swing around that wall, sneak up and across the end portal.

In world 21 you can't see the hologram from the start. (circle = hologram location)

Swing to the other side and move up, then you will see the hologram.

Swing up to the curve and here it is.

In world 23 you can't see it from the start. (circle = hologram location)

Jump at the first wall and swing over to the second one. From here you can see it.

Jump further from wall to wall and here it is.

In world 25 you can see the hologram above you on the right.

Jump at the first wall and slide from wall to wall.

At the end of the vertical walls you will be able to catch it.

To see the hologram in world 26 turn to the left. It's high above you.

Make your way up the wall, over the transparent plate, through the curve and over the balls.

Swing to the other side, make your way over the transparent plates and here it is.

The hologram can't be seen from the start. (circle = hologram location)

Make your way up the blue walls and you will see the hologram.

Swing around all the red walls by using the plates floating at the edges and there it is..

High above you will see the hologram from the start.

Swing to the side to land at the back of the red wall. Do the same at the next wall by using the red balls. At the top swing through until you reach the green collectable and move up.

Left above you is the hologram.

Use the plate over you to swing on it.

Continue over the transparent plates through the curve to the hologram.

From the start you can see the hologram far away.

Double swing to the first blue curve and then to the back of the next blue curve. Jump over to the next and again swing through - there it is.

You can't see it from the start. Move up the wall and swing around to the other wall.

At the top you will find it.

At the right side you will see the hologram above you.

Let you fall down and grab the red plate to swing to the next platform. Do this three times in a row.

Here it is.

Make your way through the maze. First right.

Jump to the next plate

Jump at the wall, continue at the wall, let you fall down and jump to the next plate.

From here you can see the hologram. Jump again at the wall, move up, jump over and it's yours.

You can see it from the start. First take the cannon and grab the tube you're shooting at.

From the tube swing to the next cannon by using the red plates above you. Grab the upcoming tube again to land on it. Jump to the next tube and then into the cannon. After 3 shots you will land in the blue curves. Move up, let you fall into the cannon and grab the red platform to swing through to the blue platforms.

Here it is.

The hologram can be seen right behind the transparent wall. Fall off the start platform and grab the blue platform above you. Your grappling hook have to be long enough to swing in a curve under the wall.

Use your speed to swing up to the blue platform and do a new grab at it.

You can't see the hologram from the start.

Make your way up to the blue plate by jumping from curve to curve and swing afterwards through the red tubes.

Here it is!

The hologram is at the left. Take the cannon in front of you.

Grab the cube and continue your way over the transparent plates. Fall off the last one, do a late grab to the red plate and swing back into the cannon under the plate.

Gotcha!

From the start you see a blue plate far away - there is the hologram.

Take the cannon, grab the red curve, swing up to the blue platforms and swing from one to another.

There it is.

World 54: You can see it far away. Make your way over the tubes and swing to the other side of the cube.

Jump of the cube from one transparent platform to another into the cannon.

Land on the blue platform and make your way up.

Here it is.

Far away you can see the hologram. Fall off the start and grab the red cube.

Land at the blue wall at the back of the cube. Move up and swing over to the blue platform embedded in the red cube.Jump over to the blue curve and grab it to land at it. Move up to the curve above you and grab again the red cube to land at the backside. Get to the checkpoint.

From here you can see the hologram much better. Swing over at the hidden wall and use the red plate above you (rectangle) to swing around to the next hidden wall.

Jump off to the next blue plate and swing over to the hologram.

In world 64 you can see it in front of you. Swing over to the bouncing tube and try to hit it in the correct angle to land at the blue transparent plate where the hologram is located.

You can again see the hologram from the start.

Jump off the start and grab while in air the second blue plate. Pass the right time and fly to the end of the bouncing plate to get bounced to the big blue ball.

Here it is.

You can't see it from the start. Jump to the blue platform in from of you.

From there move to the bouncing platform in front of you. You get bounced again by the plate above you. Wait until you can grab the red cube and land at the backside of the cube, where a blue curve is embedded.

Jump from this point to the bouncing platform in front of you and grab the red curve above you to swing to the next bouncing plate.

After landing on the blue platform you can gather it.

If you move a bit back and look to the left you will see the hologram. Use the cannon and grab the hidden plate as fast as you can to land on the hidden plate. Then use the next cannon in front of you and do the same to the coming platform.

From here we still do the same, but now to a hidden tube.

From the checkpoint we are still doing the same. Shooting and fast grabbing, but at the end is the hologram.

There it is!

You can see the hologram in front of you. Jump off the start, grab the curve and swing to the red cube. Grab the red cube and swing to the next red plate. Grab this one and land on the blue ball.

Here it is.

You can see it at the left side from the start. Turn 180°.

Grab the red plate while jumping towards the bouncing plate to shoot high up in the air.

Next you have multiple options. Grab the red plate and use the bouncing platform OR grab the blue wall and swing over the red wall OR use the red plate to swing through.
Now fly to the red plate and swing to the blue plate or fly directly to the blue platform.

Jump at the bouncing plate next to you and land on the blue platform. Turn 180° and look where you are coming from. Jump off backwards and grab the blue plate to hit against the bouncing plate under you. You have to hit the plate somewhere the middle or lower.

Here it is.

Move a bit for and to the left and you will see the hologram. Jump off the start and grab the upper red ball to land on the blue tube between them. Sneak around and jump off while grabbing again the upper red ball. Jump off again to grab the blue platform above you.

Swing through to the next blue platform and grab always the red plate above it.

Here it is.

Turn 180° at the start. Move to the left and you will see it far far away. Swing around the plate to land at the backside. Move up and use the bouncing platform to grab the big blue ball.

Jump from one blue ball to the other until you reach the top. Jump off and grab the blue tube to swing over to the blue curve.

Here it is.

Jump off the start platform and grab the second red plate above you. Swing to the next plate and grab this one. Swing until you are at the highest point AND steer always to the side.

At the highest point do a new grab to the red plate you are hanging at and swing a curve. Grab in the middle of your way the next red platform to swing around to the last one and hit the blue curve.

Make your way up the blue balls, jump at the platform and here it is.

Don't wonder! The collectable hologram will show it's scene as usual, then it will disappear and the collectable hologram lies on the ground again. To cap it all the scene will show the figure getting up an shaking his head as it would say: 'No you haven't collected all holograms.' Don't get fooled. It's the last hologram, but the developers had their fun by designing all of them I guess. ^^
