You'll need to craft it but the stuff you need for that will take a long time to gather. You may need to die and then pick up your stuff again. The open wound will be gone.

i hav got an pen wound and im almost dead i tried getting energy while fighting off 2 arachnids and it says i need a medkit how do i get one?
