Shrine Locations

There are 15 total Skill Shrines hidden throughout the world
Every 3 shrines that you activate will award your character with a free Skill Point

There is a Skill Shrine very close to Hom Ron.
Simply travel one screen north, and one screen to the east.

There is a Skill Shrine in the Boss room at the end of the Smelly Cave dungeon.
The Smelly Cave is located three screens south of the Desert Outpost.

There is a Skill Shrine in the Boss room at the end of the Abandoned House dungeon.
The Abandoned House is located one screen south and one screen east of the Arena.

The Barrens Skill Shrine is four screens west and two screens north of the Archaeologist Camp.

There is a Skill Shrine in the Boss room at the end of the Daimera dungeon.
The Daimera is located one screen north and four screens east of the Coast Warpstone

There is a Skill Shrine in the upper right corner in the entry room of the Mines.
The Mines are located three screens south of the Archaeologist Camp.

There is one shrine located in the Desolates.
This Skill Shrine is two screens north and two screens east of Temple Domenu.

There is a Skill Shrine in the water on the coastline.
From the Coast Waystone, head three screens west, and two screens south.

There is a Skill Shrine on the Coast directly south of Temple Domenu.

There is a Skill Shrine in southwest corner of the Overgrowth near a goblin shrine.
It is located two screens south of the Overgrowth West Warpstone.

There is a Skill Shrine in the Boss room at the end of the Ooze Cave dungeon.
The Ooze Cave is located two screens west of the Exploratorium.

There is a Skill Shrine on Mushroom Island immediately to the west of the The Anomaly dungeon.
The Mushroom Island can be reached via the Forgotten Passage immediately to the south of the Overgrowth South Warpstone.

There is a Skill Shrine in the lower left corner of the Mountains.

There is a Skill Shrine in the Mountains just before the Lich tower.
Check the lower left hand side of the screen directly south of the Lich Tower.

There is a Skill Shrine in the Boss room at the end of the Portal dungeon.
The Portal can be found in the upper right hand corner of the Mountains region as pictured in the minimap here.

Thank god for this, I recently got the cartography achievement and figured I'd get all 15 shrines along the way, Little did I know about that one in the water and ended up almost revisiting the entire map making sure I had all of them.

@Doge, I am one of the beta testers. If you check my profile you'll see I have nearly 100 hours played so far.

I plan to do more guides like this once the game is out.
