Introduction
Originally, this was supposed to be a joke build, with no intention of it becoming a serious thing...and ♥♥♥♥ me, it did become one. After multiple modifications. And now I'll share it with you.
Basic Information
It's a grinder build, so Sokol DLC is a must-have. And that's the only DLC you'll really need, since rest of the stuff is in the base game. Now, let me show you where the magic happens.
Skills: Mastermind Tree

Nothing much around here, aced endurance for longer sprint, aced leadership for weapon stability (and boy trust me, you'll ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ need it), basic spotter for nicer glowies on specials 15% additional damage. Last but not least - basic equilibrium. You'll need it for the sidearm I prepared.
Skills: Enforcer Tree

Eh, sweet enforcer. This is where some of the real magic happens.

Aced transporter is a must-have, so yeah - it's here. Underdog aced because of obvious reasons. Die hard basic because I needed a filler to unlock next tier of skills. Aced shotgun impact for your primary. Same goes for basic Shotgun CQB and hard-boiled. It's not like you'll aim with it anyway. Aced stun resistance so flashies are not so blinding anymore. Basic tough guy will be useful as well. Oh, forgot about aced Pumping Iron. Don't mind it, it is a filler, but quite an useful one in certain situations.
Skills: Ghost Tree

Okay, aced sprinter and cat burglar for - again - longer sprint and what I did not say before - partial dodge. Of course you're not taking any armor, because one - it's grinder and two - I have a few tricks up my sleeve. Okay, moving on, Fast Hands aced. Must-have. Shinobi basic for moving faster in certain situations. Chameleon basic? No idea, I just didn't want to leave that one point just hanging. And Cleaner for additional 5% damage for specials. Sometimes you just forget to make glowies...
Skills: Fugitive Tree

Boy, oh, boy, prepare for a lot of fillers.
Okay, so here's what we have: Aced hidden blade for additional concealment and silent kills (this build is useful in stealth in certain situations, for example Firestarter day 2...if your team doesn't get detected). Basic thick skin, basic daredevil...basic run and gun for movement speed. Basic sixth sense for stealth...and a filler, of course. Aced all skills related to First Aid Kits, because this is your deployable. I was thinking between that and ammo bags...but you can get enough ammo from cop drops. And you can never have too much health. Moving on...creme de la creme or however it is spelt - swan song aced, low blow aced, basic sneaky bastard. Trust me, you'll need that little bit of dodge. Low Blow? Well, 30% chance of crit ain't nothing small. I mean, when I was lucky I killed a dozer in 2 shots. That's something. And swan song? Well, you know...you can go crazy after losing all that health...and make some room for teammates to heal you. Oh, basic Winston Wolfe? ANOTHER FILLER.
Heisting Gear
Okay, you'll like that one. Cheeki Breeki intensifies. Pick Sokol as your character, Grinder as perk deck (of course, maxed)...and weapons, sweet weapons.

Primary - mosconi 12G, no special ammo, both upgrades. Yes, sawn-off. 0 accuracy? Shame. I told you you're not going to aim it down the sight anyway.

Secondary - well...any pistol with small concealment will do, but I went with Gruber Kurz with Laser Grip (Armored Transport DLC). It's good for taking down snipers (Hotline Miami-tested).

Melee - anything with 32 concealment will do.

That's it komrade, you're ready to cheeki breeki!
My impressions when using it
Well, I find it to be really, really, REALLY good. If your targets line up nicely - double if not triple kill. Despite 0 accuracy on primary you can shoot tazers and cloakers that are a bit away, if the shot happens to be a (very often happening) crit then you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blessed by gods of RNG and good aim. But keep in mind that you have to run and shoot all the time, styaing in place is good for Death Wish (I did not test this build on DW yet, if you're brave enough - go do it and tell me the results). In most situations you'll find yourself with most kills and highest accuracy. And you shouldn't really run out of ammo on your primary.
Ending
That's it folks, I hope you enjoyed this short guide on "How to cheeki breeki in PD2 with Yandere Snake". Oh, and don't forget to mute the music and put the bandit jam on when playing using this build:

I find this build quite viable for deathwish, but it might just be my play style. Great build otherwise, new main.
