AMT Admin Panel

Simple admin panel. Type !amt in chat for open.
// Its my first addon, if you detect LUA errors, tell me about it.

Type !amtaccess for change access level for panel [default 2, 0 - everybody, 1 - admin, 2 - superAdmin].
// You can set access level ONLY if you is superAdmin.

For un-ban open server console, find STEAM_ID in 'Bans' inset, choose STEAM_ID and set ban length to 0.1 .
// Only for non-BAT file server console

(!) Don't ban people if you not sure, what you don't want to ban him for eternity (!)
