To unlock the achievement you need to play the first four notes from Counting Sheep.

Counting Sheep / Composer: Norman Legies

To make things easier I would recommend you to crouch.

The notes you need to play are: A - G - A - D :

If you are having trouble hitting the right key from above (view bob and odd sticky selection is an issue sometimes for me) crouching down did the trick for me.
