Angry Hobo Swep for TTT

Beskrivelse
The original Angry Hobo Swep was not created by me. All credits for the SWEP go to LegendOfRobbo.
This is a version of the Angry Hobo Swep designed for TTT, with a custom traitor menu icon designed by FPS Scotland.
Left click to throw the boot, doing 2 damage each time. Right click to shout obscenities at other players.
This SWEP is completely useless in serious TTT. It is a novelty weapon.

how would one go about making this a randomly spawnable weapon? and possibly give it a very low chance of spawning if it can work that way

Probably. It just launches a prop, so I'd imagine if you change the velocity values it would change the damage. However, I haven't used lua in almost a year, so I've basically forgotten everything.
