Just so everyone knows, this happens if you set your time forward. But it can also happen after the full week ban. I got this from kicking teammates 1 weekban. So dont assume that everyone was trying to bypass

Same but, i didnt change time or anything. i waited hole week for it to end and then where was only 1minute left it just stopped....

I had this problem too Steam is very clever i think there is really no way for you to bypass the cooldown
