The Outbreak Metropolice is the Metrocop head hacked onto a Arctic Avenger Body, reskinned.

This Model is hexed and runs on the Metropolice animations, meaning it's ready for use in any gamemode that uses those or if you want to make it into an NPC.

No nevermind; something else is causing the combine soldier models to switch around...

This addon also breaks the default metropolice model and appears to have the combine soldier and shotgunner npc's switch between each other's models for some reason...
