In this little guide i'll show you in a couple of steps how to activate the game without having an old key to use.

Introduction

Hello everyone, before starting i'd like to specify that this guide is based/ported on another guide i found in the web, so most fo the credits should be given to the original author. I'm doing this guide just to make easier to people to play with the multiplayer mod, so we can have a better experience, meeting new players and keep this game alive.

NOTE : This guide assumes that you have followed the guide linked below, and that you're stuck on the activation tab, without having a code. So if you have not yet installed the mod, please follow it and come back later.

How to : Activate the game

So, right now you're supposed to be stuck on that screen, reached by launching the game and logging in, if not then you shouldn't be reading this guide.

1) Download "Games for windows free keys.rar" from here[pastebin.com] by clicking the green button

2) Open the downloaded file ( Games for windows free keys.rar ) using winrar[www.win-rar.com] or another tool.

3) Double click on "xox.reg" inside the archive and click : yes > yes > ok

Click "yes"

Click "ok"

4) Now go back in your game, and past one of the key (see "Codes for GFWL" section) in the thext field(1) of the activation tab, check the "accept box"(2) and click on "send"(3)

5) Wait for the "Downloading profile..." process to finish

5.b) And IF NEEDED, update gfwl by clicking "yes" on the tab and restart the game

6) Congratulations, you now have complete acces to BBCT's multiplayer.

Note for anyone following my linked guide to re-enable multiplayer: If you are using windows 10, you need to mount a "mini disc image". This can be found on the Gamecopyworld website for download. Install Daemon tools, then mount the .mdx image file from Gamecopyworld and you will be able to launch the game on windows 10 using my online fix files.

Yeah, I tried setting all files that could be set to W7 Compatibility. Still the same insert disc stuff.
I was thinking doing a mount so it thinks I have a CD inside but... I dunno where to get just that file and not the hole game. She doesn't have the fastes pc atm and I dunno if a virtual box would run smoothly on her comp.

@Harleking did you try W7 compatibility mode? Else a quick workaround would setup a virtual box or use anther tool for w7 compatibility, this is probably due to w10 being more restrictive on retro compatibility with older games, especially if not totally legit like this workaround for multiplayer x)

I'm using W7 and it works perfectly. No problem at all.
But for my girlfriend that uses W10 it gives her the "[2100] Please insert an Original Disc"

We tried to reinstall the game a few times. - Copyed my files into her folder and still she always gets the "[2100] Please insert an Original Disc".

Is there any Fix for this?

I've wrote this on the main forum but the Author just "Update: This fix may not be usable on Windows 10." did that.

Have anyone had this problem and did anyone find a Fix for it?
