Edinburgh Row House Corner Level 2, with pub. 4x4

Here you go, Edinburgh junkies. Uh... not literally junkies of Edinburgh. Though of course you guys are more than welcome to download this asset if you find it ^^

Level 2 corner building, with pub, for some variety on your Edinburgh level 2 corners. The pub is not a real one, though I wish it was - it's an excellent name for a place to drink. Sitting next to the pub is a little Polish grocers, a fairly common sight in the Upper Leith area which my L1 and 2 buildings are inspired by.

I've been a bit cheeky, and used a 2048x2048 texture map for this building. I really wanted the signs and windows to be readable ingame, and for that I needed a bit more resolution. If your computer is struggling, then try and keep these pub corners to a minimum. The other L2 corner building is mighty fine, and only 1024x1024!

I debated putting this asset in the commercial zone, but decided that pubs and grocers are not great commercial ventures - rather they are small family shops that are tied into the local residential community. And some people would live at the pub, given the choice.

The game does not feature 4x4 corner buildings naturally, so if you zone a 4x4 high density residential corner plot, you'll definitely get one of my two corner pieces.
