Sorry, but it's been too long since I played SC4. Another site might be sc4devotion. Not sure, if they are still up. I may still have a backup of my mod folder, and I did some of the textures in the tarmac myself. Let me know, if you can't find it on one of the sites and I'll see, if I can find my modfolder somewhere.
