After you've downloaded the file, select it and rename it. By the end of the file-name put “ .zip “ letters.
PS. Some reason the website doesn't like the Zip extension.

Find your save files:

Steam / userdata / your steam ID / 91310 /
And the [DeadIsland] folder delow the [Documents and Settings] is.

There are your save files.
Now you cut all of your save files and put there where you will find those after you've got the achievement.

Unzip the downloaded file and there will be two folders.
Take the [91310] folder and copy to under your steam ID folder.

When you launch the game the Steam asks you what to do the new files.
Choose the upload potion. (don't worry, your old save files be safe there where you put those)

Now you only have to do start the game with Logan and finish two main quests what being at the [Kitchen] location.

The game is really buggy! So, you don't leave (exit) the game until you've got the achievement!
If you left the game, next time when you launch again the achievement will be countdown a few points!
So, be careful!
If it happens you, repeat the copying files.

Unfortunately, I couldn't full test in Linux. What certain is the achievement copy and load works, as you see below.
But, I couldn't find to how can it copy the characters files.
I might if you already have a character in the ACT 4, you can get this achievement.

I don't have Mac computer, so unfortunately, I couldn't test that.
Because it seems like work at Linux, I might it also would works at Mac.
