UK Industrial Unit - R Electronics

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Industrial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more units of all sizes and other interesting stuff :)

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 2x2 layout
Density : General Industrial
Level : 1 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

How do i spawn these units in game?
The best way to spawn these units is to download the Building themes mod and tick the 'Enable buildings not in a theme' box. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these units require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them.

Model Info:
  • 219 Polys
  • 484 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (64 tris)

Its light industrial, often see exactly this type of building behind strips of commercial.

@Amercananomaly these types of industrial buildings are everywhere where i come from, like HarbingerGuard said they are small goods units.

You sure this fits well in industrial? This particular building feels more like a level one office rather than the warehouses you've been doing so far.

Nevertheless, otherwise it looks great. :D
