I just updated the object. now it have the lod model and the specular map

I checked this out in game and the shape of the building is pretty nice, there is one fundamental thing your are missing though. A Specular texture map. If you made a specular texture map with the color 100% white you would get reflective windows. Oh and you are also missing a LOD. Your building destroys itself when zoomed out.
