Zeus is a pain in the ass and has always dealt a lot of damage. This build is probably the most common one, except for maxing arc lightning over static field. I personally prefer to max arc lightning to farm creep waves and jungle stacks more efficiently. The items speak for themselves. Sometimes you need utility items such as ghost scepter force staff and eul's scepter. I recommend getting a blink dagger or force staff to improve your movement.
