Bloodseeker seems to be a pubstomper and one of the most picked heroes in this meta. The speed and damage buff [Thirst] gives this hero a huge advantage during the whole game. This skill build seems to have the most impact in my games. I personally dislike utility items on bloodseeker and tend to build him as a rightclicker. But that's a matter of preferance.
