Your how to "Trade Up Contracts Guide"
By UNK|CELgaming👨🏽‍💻
This guide will explain and help you better understand the Trade Up Contracts. I will explain to you the players my experience and want to help share this knowledge to help you get what you want out of the Trade Up Contracts. In the contracts I have done, I've got what I wanted because I knew the outcome would be the weapon I was contracting for and the condition of the gun. Again now I want to share this with you all and would like you all to share and tell your friends about my guides.

Lets begin :D

Trade Up Contracts - The Break Down
I'm going to be straight forward with you all here.... Do your research before continuing, by this I mean get out a piece of paper and a nice handy pen. You really want to be realistic about the gun you want. Do you have a favorite gun from an older collection? Or maybe the gun you like is from the most current collections. Either way do your research... Check the Steps below :)

What ever gun you are contracting, make sure your trade up guns are from the SAME-COLLECTION, this is a must! Or you will end up with some random gun in the end.

Step 1. Have a list of guns you like, not all of the guns will be a benifit but its good to have back ups to work with.

Step 2. Next to the list of guns you have go thru the Marketplace and write down the value next to each of the guns on your list. I say this because you want to be sure when you are purchasing the trade up guns in the marketplace you are not over-spending. That is why I want you to start with a list, now after some experience you can keep an eye out for when guns are cheap or over saturating the marketplace. Take advantage of that, its pretty much a sale on your gun in Trade Up Contracts, just a more experience *Tip :D.

Step 3. Take a good close look at the images below.

Here I'm showing you the guns I got from the contract except the STATTRAK AWP|REDLINE, I'm using the AWP|REDLINE as an example later in this guide.

Alright players... Here's the break down on how Trade Ups work. Lets look at the first picture :D here we have a M4A4|X-RAY Factory new which is a RED Covert item. I got this gun by looking at the list of the guns in the collection and seeing it was on the bottom. Since we are trading UP in weapons I knew what I had to do to get the M4. I had to this by trading in 10 Fuschia colored items (guessing thats the color), which I did by going into the Marketplace and purchsing 10 FAMAS|Afterimages in the conditions Well-Worn (6) and Battle-Scarred (4) -Doing this gave me a even higher chance of getting a Factory New, you really want to stay solid on guns and conditions-. We have to really look at the word "Trade Up", because this applies for conditions as well. This is how I obtained a Factory New M4A4|X-Ray.

Ok next example, lets look at the AK-47|Red Laminate... Reason I'm making this an example is because in the Fuschia section there are 2 guns but I only need 1. I was going for the AK-47 so happy me :D. But in most cases this would be a 50/50 so I was indeed lucky no lie. So even I'm showing you there are risks in not getting what you want and there is no way of making it more in your favor at all. In getting my AK-47|Red Laminate I went into the Marketplace and purchased 10 of the same Purple Items in the same condition (Field-Tested) which was the Sawed-Off|Orange DDPAT which is also from the same collection as the AK-47|Red Laminate, went into my contract signed it and again in this instance I got lucky since the chance of me getting my AK-47|Red Laminate was 50%.

Ok last example, I'm listing this because of the percentage chance is 33%. Here we are looking at my STATTRAK AWP|REDLINE but we are going to pretend its a regular AWP|REDLINE. If 1 was to try and get this from a contract your percentage will be 33% because you have 1 of 3 Fuschia items to gain from this Trade Up Contract. To do this, lets look at the list together :)

FAMAS|Pulse
Dual Berettas|Marina
MP9|Rose Iron
Nova|Rising Skull
-----------------------------
M4A1-S|Guardian
P250|Mehndi
AWP|Redline

Here you can purchase 10 of any of the purple guns, when you do try to keep it to be the same gun and conditions. Lets say you want to try and attempt to get the Minimal Wear AWP|Redline, your going to need 10 FAMAS|Pulse @ Battle-Scarred but when the FAMAS start to get more expensive make sure you have majority of that gun before you move up to the next gun (for example you want atleast 5 or 6 of the Famas' before moving up). This does not guarantee a AWP|Redline, just only how you can try to get 1 @ 33% which is really showing you your risk value. The weapons are interchangeable as long as they are in the same colored class, collection, and condition. You can not mix a bunch of guns in a contract from different collections and different conditions consisting of Factory New to Battle-Scarred. You will only be wasting your money in contracts.

Trade Up Conditions
Factory New------->Field-Tested
Minimal Wear------>Well-Worn
Field-Tested------->Battle-Scarred
Well-Worn---------->Factory New
Battle-Scarred----->Minimal Wear

Due to updates these could change, but if I do anymore experimenting I will update my guide for you players :D

I really hope my guide has helped you players have a better understanding of how the contracts work. If you have any questions about contracts I didn't cover leave me a comment and I will answer it to the best of my experience and knowledge. Thanks for reading and be sure to share, follow, and rate up.
