UK Industrial Unit - Travis Perkins

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Industrial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more units of all sizes and other interesting stuff :)

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 4x4 layout
Density : General Industrial
Level : 1 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

How do i spawn these units in game?
The best way to spawn these units is to download the Building themes mod and tick the 'Enable buildings not in a theme' box. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these units require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them.

Model Info:
  • 214 Polys
  • 457 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (67 tris)

@planty-yk6: you said "breaks my city". Does that mean flickering props, decals and buildings as well as vanishing traffic?
That's what I'm encountering and trying to troubleshoot a.t.m.

In any case: which are the other faulty ones from your point of view?

Probably, I have tried all the other mods in the collection and there are about 3 that are hit and miss. I will keep trying... it could be because I am using them with RICO.

@planty-yk6 - I have absolutley no idea then, it works fine with my last city (about a year old). There must be a newer mod that is dependant on it somehow.

It is definately this one, i get the 'object reference not found' error. If I unsubscribe the issue goes away... Shame too, I really like the mod

@planty-yk6 - This asset hasnt been updated in nearly 2 years so i dont think its this that breaks your city. Another mod is probably causing an issue.

@chrisjlfarrell - You can make them RICO yourself, the mod now allows you to make any asset RICO ready.
