You should be able to meet all of the constructs as you travel around Geos, but just in case you are having a problem with the 'Meet New Friends' achievements I have made a list of where you can find everyone. Most of them roam around the quarters so I have not given map locations.

The first section gives the constructs by area so you can check that you have met everyone there. The second section is in the same order as Lili's friend list so you can look up a specific construct.
