Don't worry, it's not in the mine. While I don't have it yet, it should be where the black area is on the map, follow the mountain north, then west and you will find some crosses. In the middle is an entrance to a dungeon.

Is the codex in the condemned mine? I think I accidentally sold it. Is there any way to get it back?
