The RS8 is the next generation fighter for N,D,S. taking the place of the RS7 and eventualy the FR22.

The RS8 offers a more heavily armed loadout then the RS7 adding a gattling and 2 convetional rocket launchers.
The ship also offers a first for NDS by offering a prototype holographic cloak.
