Step 2: Do Dawnguard questline and get vampire lord blood at some point.

Step 3: Get decent enchant and apply fire damage with max damage and min use to dual silver swords.

Step 4: Name swords Casull (R) and Jackal (L)

Step 5: ???

Step 6: Profit
