Pros

• Highest base and maxed speed
  
• Special ability (poison) with high damage in medium area
  
• Effective in events (not with bosses killed in 2seconds)
  
• High loot chance in some events with 0/8

Cons

• Not very good farming class
  
• Useless without events
  
• Squishy

Ok, but why you choose Assassin to get loot in WC? There are other good classes for that.
1. you'll be among the first people
2. you have great damage without maxed stats or T11/12/UT weapons and without risk !
All conditions Assassin meets (there are only 2 lol, who cares)

As Assassin you can´t farm loot very well as I mentioned, but it's still possible. Your main source of loot are WCs.

If you want to farm loot (pots) too, you must max some of your stats, I recommend DEXterity.
Now let's move to the Wine Cellars. For guaranteed loot, you need

• maxed speed or SPD 50+ and use atleast 2 Speed Sprout[www.realmeye.com] to be fast as possible at the Oryx 2
  
• Enough DEF/HP to survive rushing
  
• I recommend T5 Poison (Worth only 1def)
  
• Minimum 6 mana potions for bigger damage (how to get more mana potions in your inv here)

1. Go the the Oryx 2 as fast as possible
   
2. Throw poisons on Oryx 2 (you can do it from large distance)
   
3. Repeat step 2 and use all mana pots which you have
   
4. Enjoy loot
