Dagon is a castable weapon in which damages enemy creeps or heroes with a magical damage and which uses mana.

This Item can be bought in the shop. All the materials can be bought in the main shop. It is an upgradable item.

This in the 1st one requires 3 items: Staff of wizardry, Null Talisman and the recipe: Dagon


Buying it's recipe upgrades it. It can be upgraded 4 times (DAGON lvl 5)
The total gold cost for each level is 2720/3970/5220/6470/7720.


One Dagon grants the following on each level:
level 1:
57 health + 0.09 health regeneration + 0.42 armor + 3 attack speed + 208 mana + 0.64 mana regeneration+12 (25 to intelligence heroes) attack damage.

level 2:
57 health + 0.09 health regeneration + 0.42 armor + 3 attack speed + 247 mana + 0.76 mana regeneration + 12 (28 to intelligence heroes) attack damage.

level 3:
57 health + 0.09 health regeneration + 0.42 armor + 3 attack speed + 286 mana + 0.88 mana regeneration + 12 (31 to intelligence heroes) attack damage.

level 4:
57 health + 0.09 health regeneration + 0.42 armor + 3 attack speed + 325 mana + 1.00 mana regeneration + 12 (34 to intelligence heroes) attack damage.

level 5:
57 health + 0.09 health regeneration + 0.42 armor + 3 attack speed + 364 mana + 1.12 mana regeneration + 12 (37 to intelligence heroes) attack damage.

Cooldown: 35 / 30 / 25 / 20 / 15
Stats Bonus:
+3 Strength
+3 Agility
+16/19/22/25/28 Intelligence

It can't be avoided as it's damage is instant.
Cannot be casted on magic immune units.
Cannot be disassemble.
When casted, the particle may be late but the damage is early.
It is the most expensive item in the whole game (level 5 dagon)

Yes. It is a magic type castable item, which means the more the enemy heroe is magic immune, the less the damage is.

This means lowering the enemy's magic resistance can get them get more damage than before.

This is can help you get an accurate damage and it is an another tactic you can use to gank alot of ♥♥♥♥ and noobs (I mean enemies).

Different kinds of heroes (exept Meepo and Visage) have 25% magic resistance. reducing this percentages of magic resistance can add more damage to them.

There are different type of heroes than can help in decreasing enemies' magic resistance.

example: Ancient Apprition's Ice Vortex: Reduces enemies magic resistance
[15% / 20% / 25% / 30%]
Pugna's Decripify: Reduces both ally or enemy's magic resistance
ally: 25%
enemy: 30% / 40% / 50% / 60%

Those are some examples of magic resistance debuffing. Mixing with those and using dagon is a really epic idea as its damage will be more than when you didn't debuff his/hers magic resistance.
It's Damage can be multiplied.

Some heroes have magic debuffing abilities while some don't... This is where the items ( Veil of discord or Ethereal Blade ) come to help too. They can be bought by any hero and can be use by any hero.

Here are some Combos you can use:
Necrophos:
Using his ult. and and using dagon can mix. His ult. damages the enemy based on the percentage of the enemy's maximum health that is lost, which is where the dagons part can be usefull too.

• Zues:
  His ability uses magic, Lightning bolt and thunderwave and using dagon to gank a solo enemy hero is a must. Also adding the ability of the passive static field can be usefull.
  
  
• Nyx Assasin:
  NYX NYX NYX!!!!!!!NYX NYX NYNX NYXN ONIX ONYX.... ehem.. uhm
  its nyx's main core item. Using his ult. , attack the target enemy, Impale ability , mana burn ability and then DAGON is always it's combo. #DAGONOP
  
  
• Sniper:
  welp. It's hard to use it but you can use it on almost any squishy enemies. Dagon and Ult. is its combo.
  
  
• Ogre Magi:
  XD this will really be a usefull solo gank. Fireblast (or with unrefined fireblast) , Ignite (All 3 abilities with the ult.) and dagon is da real shiez..... IT MAKES IT BUNRN DEM.
  
  
• Other Heroes:
  DAGON AND ETHEREAL BLADE OR VEIL OF DISCORD and mix with other damaging or stunning abilities : D
