This is a brief video of how to get the Intelligence Implant before reach Level 2 with almost no effort. You will also get a set of combat armor, a sniper rifle, the Lucky 38 Suite for a residence and some extra money to start yourself out with.


Start from Doc Mitchell's house, go to the Goodspring's Graveyard get the snowglobe.
Head to Sloan.
Run through Deathclaw territory hugging rock wall.
Head to Durable Dunn's Sacked Caravan and get free combat armor.
Head to New Vegas Medical Clinic to unlock fast travel.
Head to Gun Runners to unlock fast travel.
Head to Camp McCarran, get free sniper rifle by the First Recon tent.
Run past guards by tram in Camp McCarran before they aggro, no loss of NCR rep happens.
In New Vegas get to Lucky 38, meet Mr. House.
Go to Lucky 38 Cocktail Lounge get Snowglobe.
Turn in both snowglobes to Jane, 4000 caps earned.
Travel to clinic get Intelligence Implant.
