It's an oversized camper with way too small wheels (Which barely can handle the vehicle's weight)! Favored by the meth cookers and other creeps, this RV has seats up to four players!

This vehicle can be kinda buggy due to it's big size.

You need to unfreeze the vehicle before you can drive it (simply look at it with phys-gun and press R).
