Freeze Ray SWEP

Created for a server. if it doesnt suit your needs bad luck :^)

- Has a max of 8 charge, which gains +1 charge every 2 seconds
- Uses up 4 charge every time it is shot
- There is a 1.5 second cooldown between shots
- Will freeze players (and only players :^)) within a 56 radius sphere of where you shoot
- The freeze lasts 5 seconds, the player cannot do anything while frozen (they can die though)
- This swep does not do damage
