Step 1 Download the zip. [www.dropbox.com]
Step 2 Go to this directory/the directory you installed steam in. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\skins
Step 3 Extract the zip
Step 4 Go to your steam settings, it should be at the top.
Step 5 Select the interface button and select blue pulse
Step 6 Restart steam
Step 7 Enjoy!
