Numenexus: Deck Building Game

Numenexus is a 2 player competitive deck building game where you play an up and coming god. In the world of Numenexus, gods are almost as common as people. If you can believe in it, any god can exist. You are one such god, who has a handful of people, and a small kingdom to influence. Your goal is to recruit followers and have them fight for you against the other would-be gods and claim your rightful place among the Nexus of the Great Ones, the most powerful gods. The game takes place in two phases. During the first phase, the Buy Phase, you and another player turns buying cards using the starting deck you're given and build a deck to fight others with. When a player buys a card, they can choose to either add it to their Influence Deck to help them get better cards down the line, or they can add it to their Barracks, which they will use to fight their opponents. After each player adds at least 25 cards to their Barracks, the Battle Phase starts. Each player begins with five cards in their hand, and their deck is their life total. When you are damaged, you either take a card from your hand or the top of your deck and put it into your discard pile. If you are damaged and have have no cards in your deck, you lose.
