I think there is something else going on. None of my garbage or services are spawning trucks as well. So I remove all workshop except Network Extensions (NExt) and none of my services work.

I assume it is NExt.

Not working. They are all black and not sending out trucks. Is it incompatible with another mod/asset?

Basically it has a large amount of trucks and does the garbage extremely fast.
